 Wave friends,

Is it an absolute lock that TBF will have Billy Strings in 2020?  If not, what kind of "protest" should there be?

 Cheers

I sure hope so. There's no other group currently as on fire consistently as Billy Strings!

... depends.  Are you on the counsel, or on the bus?

Here's an interesting video with Billy. He explains his entire stage setup. Enjoy.

Has PB kinda missed the boat in so far as being a "catapult for launching" Billy "Strings" (akin to M&S and arguably SCI)?

Likewise, I find said dynamic interesting as a possible factor related to how the band's cost (to the festival) might evolve over time.

Don't forget LOS and the Dixie Chicks, and the current run of jam grass bands. Or was LOS pre PB?

Didn't know about Dixie Chicks, but yes,  LOS would likely be included in this group as well ... I'm sure there are several to one extent or another.

As everyone knows, it was a major fail last year not bringing him back. He was the highlight of every other festival. Surely they do not blow it again?   Rolleyes

the best late night show in the game. He takes every festival he touches to the next level. Seems like PB has some stubbornness to certain artists. Took forever to get GSBG a decent main stage slot.
