Getting ready to make the annual trek this Thursday!!!

Usually we go up through Wyoming and down thru Fort Collins.  Was wondering if anyone has gone through Dinosaur and Steamboat lately to get to Folks?  How long does it take? Is it worth it?  thoughts?  ideas?
