So my family has a 3 day camping pass.  We have a friend who is coming down to the festival on a one day pass.  Are they allowed to hang out at the campsite during the day or do they need a special wrist band or something to come in to the camp site area.  Sorry if this is a dumb question. it's gonna be my first Rockygrass and I am super excited.   Wave

I don't know if this is definitive, but my personal experience is that PB staff and volunteers are not a bunch of hard asses. If your friend and you explain they're visiting it is hard to imagine they would get turned away. I hope I am not wrong about this, but I have found those folks to be pretty helpful.
